Melissa and Josh were married on the beach near Turtle Bay on Oahu’s North Shore, with a turquoise setup, orange hibiscus on the sand and a sand ceremony. Afterwards the bridal party practiced the hula on the beach and ran laughing from the North Shore waves.
Their photo tour took them all over the island: the grounds of the temple in Laie, the sea cave and cliffs at Eternity Beach, the twisting branches of a hau tree, a playful tiki shoot, and the Nuuanu rainforest. At one stop an artist even painted the couple as they posed.
