    Hi there!

    My name is Rick. I’m emailing you to get some information regarding your “Romance for Two” package. My fiancee and I will be officially married in Japan near the end of 2020, but we’re wanting to have a small, private ceremony on the beaches of Oahu sometime in July 2020 just to celebrate with our families. This will be strictly ceremonial, therefore we will not need any sort of marriage certificate as we will take care of that once we’re back in Japan.

    As of now, we are anticipating between 10-15 guests. With that being said, what would we be looking at price-wise for a ceremony of this size?

    My fiancé and I are considering a destination wedding to Hawaii for sometime in 2020, perhaps late August (if that is a good weather time???). We are flexible on timing if some months are best to consider for weather. Anyway, I’d love to get a little more information on what a beach ceremony and reception would include/cost. I did look at your website, so I guess my question on the reception package is to ask what else I need to think of that this does not include and how long the reception lasts etc. Also, is a reception space included here, or do we have to find that separately? Do you have a list of popular options? Are food and drinks included here, or does this vary based on selection? Etc.

    Some things that are high on my list include a beautiful beachfront location for both ceremony and reception. (Is there privacy with this though and lighting at night..?). It would also be fine for reception to move a little off of the beach if it would garner more privacy, but keep the ocean/sunset view unobstructed.

    I definitely love sunsets over the ocean as we are from the east coast and therefore only get sunrise over the ocean for the most part, so we need beautiful sunset pictures! I was a little concerned by some ceremony location descriptions saying that clouds move in in the afternoon very often, so does this usually affect sunsets for pictures? I assumed not since so many people want the pictures at sunset, but I was surprised to see the cloud concerns so wanted to ask specifically.

    I absolutely love the idea of musicians, hula dancers, and fire dancers bringing entertainment throughout the event as I envision a small wedding of under 25 people so I love the thought of having these different aspects rather than the usual DJ etc. at many weddings here. Do people usually still do this as well, or do the musicians included with this package stay the whole time for the reception?

    I’m sure there are many more questions that will come to me, but this will get us started.
