\n This is Matthew Jackson and Jamie King, and we have made some decisions on what we wanted for our wedding.<\/p>\n

The dinner reception: We would like the HanoHano Room. We wanted to know if there was a more private rooms with a view there for the reception. Also, can we get a sample menu for ourselves and our guest? And when would you need to know the final head-count?<\/p>\n

For our Location of the Ceremony: We chose a Secluded white sandy Beach. (we would like a more private section of the beach with beautiful views of the ocean)<\/p>\n

We would like our minster to be Hawaiian Minister Mahalani or Leihulu Mamo. Although, we do have some questions whether he would do a non-denominational ceremony. And we would also like to write and read our own vows and if that can be incorporated into the ceremony.<\/p>\n

We would like our musical duo to be the Harp and Flute. And could it be arranged for them to play “Canon in D” while we walk down the aisle?<\/p>\n

Our overall theme is turquoise. Do you think you can send us some ideas for the flower arch? We are also open to other colors to be used with the turquoise.<\/p>\n

All of our quests will be staying at the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach.<\/p>\n

So, please get back to us with the samples so we can continue our decision making process.<\/p>\n

<\/span> Or do we get to pick the place? <\/b><\/span>Yes you choose where you want to have your reception.<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/b> And is there extra costs with different places? <\/span>No <\/span>
\nAnd can you handle a larger group for us? <\/span> Yes with additional guest.<\/span><\/span>, i like to keep out weddings under 35 guest though<\/span><\/p>\n

2. The 4 hour photo tour: When does this happen? On the wedding day or after\/before?
\n<\/span>usually the day before or if you don’t want to see her is the dress we could do the photo tour day after the wedding if you want?.<\/span><\/span>
\n3. Massage\/Pedicure\/Manicure for Bride: Is this also on the day of the wedding?
\n<\/span>Yes the day before<\/span>
\nCan this be done the day before? <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4. Photography\/Videography: How long will it take to receive these?
\nPhotograph for the wedding and all the CDs is about 4 days
\nvideo is about 7 days.
\nDo you mail them home to us? <\/span>Ups or Fedex yes if your not still in hawaii<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5. Flowers\/Arch etc: How do we pick our color schemes?
\n<\/span>Yes you choose anything you want.<\/span>
\nCan we pick whatever we want or are there limitations? <\/span> not many limitations<\/span><\/span><\/b>
\nDo we have to meet in person prior to the wedding?
\n<\/span>Yes we will have a meeting when you arrive in Hawaii.<\/span><\/span>
